Location was great; staff very friendly; clean and well-kept facility. We enjoyed the staff at the bistro -- they were very nice to my 11-year old. The staff was also quick to make up the sofa bed for my daughter, and bring extra pillows and towels.
Tried to switch to a room with two queens (instead of a king with sofa bed), and we could not because we had booked through a third party.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was impressively clean and had an updated decor. The staff was efficient during check-in and promptly handled requests. The location is also excellent for accessing nearby restaurants and shopping facilities.

The rooms were extremely pleasant and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and modern furniture, for instance as described. Location: the hotel was very close to Shopping / restaurants in Bangor, Bangor Mall, and Bangor International Airport. We had lunch at nearby Papa John's Pizza, tried their fast food options.
All good.
